The Queens Head is a pub that delights in that closer, more personal experience, where the customers really matter. If you have a special event in mind then you will get my personal attention and I’ll work with you to make your day really special and memorable for both you and your guests.

We regularly host anniversary meals, christening parties and celebrations of all sorts. We have years of event experience and will ensure you get exceptional quality and care.

We’ll also help you make your budget stretch a surprisingly long way!

Snug, Dining Room or Grand Marquee?

The smaller group can book the cosy snug, a quite private area with a lovely warm atmosphere which seats up to 16 people for a family-type meal or perhaps a club meeting.

If your group is a little larger, the dining room can be booked for your private function (minimum of 40 people please). It can cater for up to fifty for a sumptuous formal lunch or dinner and many more for a buffet-style event.

The garden is a delight from spring until the autumn for outdoor dining (kept in trim by my Dad).

If you need the space but would prefer to be a little more protected from the elements, the Grand Marquee (which can be heated in winter), will seat up to 125 people. A truly spectacular venue.

When you are arranging a special event the last thing you need to be worrying about is the food or the venue. With The Queen's Head you won't have to.
