...to The Queen's Head, Wing
We're a 16th Century pub set in the picturesque Buckinghamshire village of Wing, just a short drive from Aylesbury and Milton Keynes.
We're known for our fine food, of which we're proud but, we hope, never fussy. It's excellent cuisine but we never forget that we're a dining pub, not a Michelin starred palace so it's not over-prepared or over-priced.
We're equally happy to serve you a light lunch in the garden (weather permitting) or arrange a cosy evening for family and a few close friends.
Of course good food needs something to wash it down and we have an international selection of quality wines plus all your favourtie spirits and award winning ales.
You'll also find us heavily involved in the local community and we host a number charitable events, including raising money for the Wing War Memoral restoration.
We're equally comfortable setting out the dining room for a business presentation and lunch, or equiping the snug for a more informal meeting with a colleague or client.
In case I'm in danger of rambling on a bit I'll leave it there. Please use the navigation on the left to browse through each section of the website for the relevant information. If there's anything you can't find, please get in touch.
Service is what we're all about. Here's what a few customers were kind enough to say:
"Food was superb, carry on as you are" Pat.
"Very happy with the service today, hard to improve on that" Dave.
"Nothing can be improved, it was all excellent" K.
"You have worked so hard here to turn it around, food, service all A1" Nigel.
